Physician – Palliative Care Campus Lead

Lead Physician for the campus palliative care program at Paoli Hospital, combining inpatient clinical care with strategic leadership and program development. Provide high-quality inpatient palliative care consults, guide interdisciplinary team huddles, manage an individual patient panel within a collaborative team, and advance the palliative care program through mentorship, education, and system-wide initiatives. Serve as the primary clinical leader and liaison to hospital-based physicians and system leadership, with responsibilities including care planning, goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, care transitions, and collaboration with hospitalists, specialists, and hospice teams.
