Physician – Palliative Care Campus Lead

Job Summary
Lead Physician for the campus palliative care program at Paoli Hospital. Provides inpatient palliative care consults, leads daily interdisciplinary team huddles, manages an individual patient panel within a collaborative team setting, and supports program development toward expansion into outpatient and post-acute settings. Serves as the primary clinical leader and resource for the campus palliative care team, coordinating with hospitalists, specialists, and system leadership to optimize patient outcomes and transitions, including hospice. Requires MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, PA medical license eligibility, and a DEA license; strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
- Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license.
- DEA license required.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.
