Job Summary
Lead Palliative Care Campus Lead physician at Paoli Hospital delivering inpatient consults, leading interdisciplinary team huddles, managing an individual patient panel, guiding goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, and end-of-life care; serve as the primary clinical leader and resource for the campus palliative care team; collaborate with hospitalists and system leadership; support team development through mentorship and education; partner with system leadership to advance the palliative care program and future expansion into outpatient and post-acute settings; participate in educational initiatives and contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
- Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license.
- DEA license required.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.
