Physician – Palliative Care Campus Lead

Physician – Palliative Care Campus Lead at Paoli Hospital: Inpatient-based physician leadership role combining clinical palliative care with campus-level leadership. Serve as primary clinical leader and resource for the campus palliative care team, lead interdisciplinary huddles, manage an individual patient panel within a team-based care delivery model, and drive program development and collaboration with hospitalists, specialists, and system leadership. Responsibilities include providing high-quality inpatient palliative care consults, guiding care planning, facilitating goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, end-of-life care, mentoring and education of team members, and advancing the palliative care program toward expansion into outpatient and post-acute settings. Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, PA medical license eligibility, and a DEA license; strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
