Physician – Palliative Care Campus Lead

Job Summary
Lead Physician for inpatient palliative care at Paoli Hospital, combining clinical care with campus-level leadership. Serve as primary clinical leader and resource for the campus palliative care team, guiding care planning, interdisciplinary team huddles, and program development. Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes and transitions, including hospice. Drive program advancement toward outpatient and post-acute expansion, while mentoring and developing team members and promoting efficient workflows within a mature, autonomous team. Requires MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Pennsylvania license eligibility, and a DEA license.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA license required
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
