Physician - Palliative Care Campus Lead

Palliative Care Campus Lead physician responsible for inpatient palliative care consults at Paoli Hospital, leading the campus palliative care team, and partnering with system leadership to advance the program. Responsibilities include clinical care, interdisciplinary team leadership, care coordination, goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, and program development to expand into outpatient and post-acute settings; collaboration with hospitalists, specialists, and hospice partners; mentorship and education of team members; and driving efficient workflows and best practices within a mature, autonomous team.
