Physician Outreach Specialist, Full Time, Day Shift

Develop and grow business by implementing sales plans, managing territory databases, and making face-to-face contacts with physicians, referral coordinators, and practice administrators. Educate area physicians about specialist capabilities and referral drivers about procedures through regular office visits and presentations to obtain referrals and acute level transfers. Identify target physicians as revenue drivers, analyze referral patterns, and research new business opportunities through strategic planning. Meet quarterly goals by working accounts at all levels to uncover opportunities, establish customer priorities, and deliver on promises with evidence of unique value propositions. Manage strategic alliances from inception to completion while maintaining strong relationships within the referring community to build trust and credibility.
