Physician - Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT)

Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist sought for an established, high-volume outpatient ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. The physician will join an expanding program with a robust primary care network and manage a full-volume, overflow patient mix with 3 clinic days, 1-2 OR days, and a day procedure clinic, averaging 35-40 clinics per day and 5-10 surgeries per week. Responsibilities include delivering general ENT care with potential to build Facial Plastic & Reconstructive services, operating in a dedicated ASC with 95% outpatient cases, and collaborating with an on-site Audiologist and Lean clinic staff. EMR is Epic. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM and Friday 8 AM-3 PM. Compensation features a base guarantee, RVU incentives, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Requires MD/DO, board certification or eligibility, and Texas licensure eligibility.
