Job Summary
The Physician provides exceptional patient care at MC Yakima Ear, Nose and Throat, evaluating patients with ENT conditions, performing comprehensive exams, diagnosing illnesses, and planning medical or surgical treatments. Responsibilities include interpreting audiograms and imaging, coordinating with healthcare professionals, documenting care in EPIC EMR, and staying current with otolaryngology developments. The role supports in-house audiometric testing, utilizes EMR, and offers opportunities to develop a niche within the department, with a starting base salary of $500,000, potential sign-on up to $50,000, relocation up to $20,000, annual production incentives and quality bonuses, generous benefits, and eligibility for J1 visa candidates. The position requires MD or DO, BC/BE Otolaryngology, and Washington license; newly graduating ENT residents are welcome to apply; four-day work week with day shift and a 1:6 call schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (MD or DO) required
- BC/BE Otolaryngology
- License to practice medicine in Washington State required; current State medical license in good standing with medical board required
