Full-spectrum, referral-based otolaryngology practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgery; 2 existing Otolaryngology physicians; teaching opportunities with Medical Students and Family Practice Residents; access to DaVinci XI robots and dedicated OR block time; no trauma calls; walk into an established practice with a large patient base and strong integration with audiology and two affiliated hospitals in Duluth; flexible 4.5-day work week; competitive compensation with potential bonuses/production incentives.
