Job Summary
Full-spectrum, referral-based otolaryngology practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgery with two hospitals on campus and integrated Audiology. Walk into an established department currently with two Otolaryngology physicians, 1:3 weekday call and 1:6 weekend call, supported by two PAs, and DaVinci XI robotic surgery across two operating sites. Opportunity for teaching medical students and family practice residents, plus clinical research opportunities. Flexible 4.5-day work week, dedicated OR block time, and potential bonuses/production-based compensation. Based in Duluth, MN near Lake Superior; positions require BC/BE in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery experience/training.
