Job Summary

Manage approximately 24-28 pre- and post-op patients on clinic days, specializing in joint reconstruction with access to ROSA robots. Design and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic care while maintaining accurate medical records documenting patient progress and surgical outcomes. Utilize EPIC EMR in all practice settings and participate in monthly total joint committee meetings. Provide care at the main orthopedic clinic and hospital campus, occasionally mentoring family medicine residents. Participate in light practice call involving 1-week block rotations shared among providers, with no hospital visits required.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus on Total Joint Reconstruction
  • Current and unrestricted medical license
  • Demonstrated excellence in total joint reconstructive surgery through clinical experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative and pleasant attitude with the ability to foster patient trust and understanding

Desired Qualifications

  • Prefer 2+ years of experience but new graduates will be considered
