Job Summary
Orthopedic Surgeon fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery sought at Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire, WI. Core privileges include performing history and physical examination, admitting, evaluating, diagnosing, and providing pre-, intra-, and postoperative care, and performing orthopedic surgical procedures for patients of all ages. Requires M.D. or D.O. and board certification by ABMS, AOA, or Royal College (or eligible within five years). Must have completed an orthopedic surgical residency program or a five-year clinical fellowship; credentialing/privileging documents required. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certification by ABMS, AOA or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or eligible within 5 years)
- Successful completion of orthopedic surgical residency or clinical Fellowship (ACGME, AOA or Royal College)
- Privileging/credentialing documents as per policy
- Ability to perform orthopedic surgical procedures and pre/intra/postoperative care for patients of all ages
- Demonstrated history of orthopedic surgery procedures (at least 200 in last 24 months) or quality profile if not in residency path
- Visa: H1B accepted
- Relocation allowance available
