Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Residency training in orthopedic surgery
- Fellowship in Spine Surgery (1 year) from an accredited program
- State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty training in Spine Surgery
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience
