Seeking one or more Optometrists (Comprehensive, Contact Lens, or Pediatric focus) to join the Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Science in Tucson, with an academic faculty appointment at the University of Arizona-Tucson. Focus areas include specialty contact lenses, pediatrics, or comprehensive eye care depending on training. Clinical services occur at the Banner University Medicine Ophthalmology Clinic in Tucson with a teaching component for residents and potential involvement in clinical research; 9 half-daily clinical sessions per week. Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive Optometry training or experience
- Doctorate degree program in Optometry from an accredited college or university
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the Arizona State Board of Optometry
- Residency training for Contact lens or Pediatric Focus (if applicable)
