Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye care, specialty contact lens fittings, or pediatric optometry services at the Banner University Medicine Ophthalmology Clinic in Tucson, with nine half-daily clinical sessions weekly. Deliver clinical instruction to four annual ophthalmology residency residents and pursue clinical research interests. Maintain an academic faculty appointment with the University of Arizona-Tucson College of Medicine consistent with credentials. Submit a letter of interest and CV for immediate consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive Optometry training or experience
- Doctorate degree program in Optometry from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education of the American Optometric Association
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the Arizona State Board of Optometry
- For a position with Contact lens or Pediatric Focus, corresponding Residency training
