Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct care to patients with cancer through a telehealth platform. Order laboratory tests, imaging, and prescriptions while collaborating with local clinicians to manage symptom treatment and survivorship. Facilitate diagnosis of cancer screening abnormalities and educate patients on guideline-based options, including clinical trials. Develop clinical protocols and maintain detailed documentation of all encounters. Participate in care team sessions to monitor patient progress and provide updates.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- fellowship-trained
- board-certified in Medical Oncology
- Valid state medical license in good standing
- willingness to obtain licensure in all 50 states
- Minimum of 2 years independent oncology-related clinical practice experience post-fellowship
- Broad expertise across a range of cancers
