Physician Office - LPN - Primary Care Partners - FT

Assess patient needs based on data from history, observation, physical exams, telephone triage, and diagnostic analysis to provide high-quality patient care. Serve as an integral clinical team member by performing necessary duties in a multifaceted environment. Maintain a valid South Carolina or compact LPN license, active Basic Life Support certification, and additional office-specific certifications. This role supports the physician office within Primary Care Partners, requiring a graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
