Job Summary
Perform clinical Occupational Health Services, including evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and conduct specialty examinations for patients, employers, and payors. Deliver care within a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with call rotation within the team. Maintain DOT certifications upon hire or within one year, and ensure ACLS and BLS certification within six months. Join Banner Health's Occupational Health Services in partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department to support a highly engaged team.
Required Qualifications
- BC in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health
- DOT Certifications upon hire or within one year of hire date
- ACLS and BLS certified or obtain certification with-in 6 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience preferred
