Job Summary
Conduct clinical Occupational Health Services, including evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, while performing specialty examinations for patients, employers, and payors. Manage a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with call rotations within the team. Maintain DOT certifications upon hire or within one year, and ensure ACLS and BLS certification within six months of employment. Join this partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department to deliver comprehensive occupational medicine care.
Required Qualifications
- BC in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health
- DOT Certifications upon hire or within one year of hire date
- ACLS and BLS certified or obtain certification with-in 6 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience preferred
