Physician-Occupational Medicine

Board-certified Physician in Occupational Medicine (or eligible in related fields) to provide clinical Occupational Health services at Banner Health. Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and performance of specialty examinations for patients, employers, and payors within Banner Occupational Health Services. Eligible specialties include Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Public Health. 1–3 years of experience preferred. DOT certification upon hire or within one year; ACLS/BLS certification required or obtainable within six months. Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm.
