Conduct meaningful women's health care with full autonomy over patient volume and scope of practice. Manage a structured 1:3 call schedule providing 20-25 deliveries monthly, ensuring transparency and work-life balance. Shape and expand the gynecologic surgery program including robotics while working alongside an experienced Labor & Delivery team. Participate in resident education if desired. This perm position offers schedule flexibility for full or part-time roles in the scenic Sierra Foothills, less than an hour from Sacramento. Competitive base of $399,000 plus projected call compensation of $88,000.
