Conduct comprehensive OB/GYN patient care including clinic visits at Burnsville and community clinics, surgical deliveries at Fairview Ridges Hospital, and robotic or ambulatory surgery cases. Manage an average of 80 deliveries annually and 20-24 daily clinic patients while performing subjective evaluations, prescribing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Respond to medical emergencies with an average of four days of in-house call per month and provide work direction to nursing and medical support staff. Maintain electronic medical records per Fairview standards and participate in multidisciplinary case management, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
