Job Summary
OBGYN split role (0.6 in-office clinical duties, 0.4 hospitalist) with responsibilities including management of labor up to delivery, urgent postpartum care, triage for OB Unit/Emergency Room, cesarean deliveries when necessary, circumcisions, and coordination with Maternal-Fetal Medicine on consults. Work within a Level IV maternity center and NICU with 24-hour OB anesthesia; outpatient office hours as needed. Location at Ascension St. Vincent Eagle Highlands (Lawrence, IN) with ties to Womens & Infants Hospital/86 Street Campus.
Required Qualifications
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
