Board-Certified OB/GYN sought to join Ascension Medical Group in Winchester, IN. Rural practice with established patient base, opportunity to provide services at neighboring St. Vincent Randolph hospital. Responsibilities include managing a practice alongside a CNM colleague, providing midwife back-up, and maintaining an average outpatient volume of 15–18 patients per day with Level 1 nursery support (≈225 deliveries per year). Requires leadership in obstetric and gynecologic care within a Critical Access Hospital setting, with one dedicated surgery day per week and participation in the on-call schedule in collaboration with midwife coverage.
