Job Summary
Board Certified OB/GYN sought for rural practice in Winchester, IN to inherit an established patient base and provide services at Ascension St. Vincent Medical Group in partnership with a Certified Nurse Midwife. Role includes coverage at the neighboring hospital as needed, Level 1 nursery with ~225 deliveries/year, average outpatient volume 15–18 patients/day, and one dedicated surgery day per week. Emphasis on delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a Critical Access Hospital setting, collaborating with Family Practitioners in the same building, and utilizing Sunrise EMR. Located in Winchester, Indiana with hospital facilities serving the local community; opportunity to grow within a large Catholic health system.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
- Active medical license in Indiana or eligible to obtain
- Ability to provide services in rural hospital setting
- Experience with Level 1 nursery and prenatal/postnatal care preferred
