Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist sought in Livonia, MI. Part-time (.65 FTE) with 8-9 twelve-hour shifts per month, mix of days, nights, and weekends. Level I maternity care facility; approximately 1,100 births annually. Partnered with CNMs and another in-house physician; provides gynecologic acute and emergent care in the ED and obstetrical management throughout the patient journey. Includes collaboration with APPs, CNMs, and support staff in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment; requires Michigan medical license, DEA, ACLS/BLS, and board-eligibility/board-certification in OB/GYN.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including management of high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
