Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity in Livonia, MI with Trinity Health IHA Medical Group. Part Time (.65 FTE) schedule of approximately 8-9 shifts per month (12-hour shifts) with a mix of days, nights, and weekends. Level I maternity care with ~1,100 deliveries annually; role includes obstetrical/gynecologic care, labor management, and emergency coverage in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Partners with CNMs and other physicians; uses Epic and MyChart; strategic emphasis on work-life balance and professional development. Requires board-certified/board-eligible status in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain), DEA license, ACLS/BLS, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including management of high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
