Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist in Livonia, MI (Part-Time, 0.65 FTE) with approximately 8-9 shifts per month of 12 hours each, including days, nights, and weekends. The role is at a Level I maternity facility delivering around 1,100 babies annually, collaborating with CNMs and other physicians to provide expert obstetrical and gynecologic care, manage labor and obstetric emergencies, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture using tools like Epic and MyChart.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including management of high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
