Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity in Livonia, MI (Part Time, 0.65 FTE) with Trinity Health IHA Medical Group. Partner with CNMs and another OBGYN to deliver obstetrical and gynecological care in a Level I maternity setting. Approximately 8–9 shifts of 12 hours per month, mix of days, nights, and weekends; expected to deliver around 1,100 babies annually; use Epic and MyChart for digital tools; collaborate with APPs and support staff; emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care and professional development. Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology required; active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain; DEA license; ACLS/BLS certification; strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including management of high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
- Duties & Responsibilities include partnership with CNMs and in-house physicians to deliver obstetrical and gynecological care
