Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist sought in Livonia, MI for Part-Time (.65 FTE) schedule with approximately 8-9 shifts per month (12-hour shifts, mix of days, nights, and weekends). Deliver ~1,100 babies annually in a Level I maternity care facility. Responsibilities include obstetrical and gynecological care, labor management, responding to emergencies, and coordination with CNMs and support staff. Opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with Epic/MyChart tools; benefits include competitive compensation, insurance, retirement plans, and PSLF eligibility. Must be board-certified/board-eligible in obstetrics/gynecology, hold or obtain a Michigan medical license, DEA license, and ACLS/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Duties & Responsibilities align with OB/GYN hospitalist role
- Labor and delivery management including high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
- Experience providing obstetrical and gynecological care in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
