Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist in Livonia, MI (Part Time, .65 FTE) delivering obstetric and gynecologic care in a Level I maternity center. Works with another experienced OBGYN and CNMs, with approximately 1,100 births annually. Responsibilities include managing labor, obstetrical emergencies, gynecologic consultations, and emergency center coverage; collaborate with physicians, CNMs, and support staff; utilize Epic and MyChart for patient care; focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork. Requires board certification/eligibility, active Michigan medical license, DEA license, and ACLS/BLS certification; strong communication and teamwork skills; flexible scheduling with days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
