Job Summary
OB/GYN physician to provide outpatient services and inpatient obstetrics at Grace Health with hospital privileges, cross-coverage as needed, team-based care, patient-centered care, and leadership of clinical staff; responsibilities include prenatal/postnatal care, cesarean sections or other surgical procedures, family planning, vaccination, health maintenance, EHR documentation, and coordinating with hospitals and other providers. Must be licensed MD in KY, Board Certified in OB/GYN, 4-year OB-GYN residency, 2+ years practice, and BLS/CPR; includes after-hours call coverage and supervision of nurses and medical assistants; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and equal employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Medical Doctor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- 4-year OB-GYN residency
- 2 plus years practicing medicine in a hospital or private practice
- Current BLS/CPR certificate
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited university
- Completed residency strongly preferred
- DEA registration with 2-5 certification
