Physician OB/GYN -Full-Time Part-time/ Moonlighting/ PRN

Admit, treat, and discharge patients while preparing medical records, signing reports, and submitting encounter forms on a timely basis. Prescribe medications with documented usage and side effects, review incoming labs, X-rays, and consultative reports, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communicate health status and treatment plans clearly to patients and families, responding to phone calls promptly. Cooperate with other physicians on the on-call schedule and attend regularly scheduled office hours. Participate in medical staff activities, including meetings, in-service education, quality management, and data collection for improvement plans. Comply with Joint Commission, OSHA, and regulatory standards while submitting charges and seeking cost containment methods. Adhere to departmental policies, downtime procedures, and Humboldt Park Health's core values.
