Collaborative team environment with APPs, nurses, and medical assistants; integrated Behavioral Health and EPIC EMR; 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home designation with on-site diabetes education. Located in The Dalles, OR, 85 miles east of Portland, offering access to outdoor recreation and community amenities. Required Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of practice
- BLS
- NRP
