Job Summary
Non-Invasive Cardiology physician position at Bon Secours Cardiovascular Specialists in Portsmouth, VA. Full-time role with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule, and a call rotation of 1 in 5 weekends. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, nuclear and echocardiography reading, telemedicine/virtual visits, and teaching rotating residents and students. EPIC EMR used for documentation; opportunities for clinical rounding and remote telehealth, with a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and CME support. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology required; new graduates welcome; affiliation with Bon Secours Maryview & DePaul Medical Centers.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
- Ability to read Nuclear and Echocardiography studies
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Teaching/academic involvement preferred
