Conduct 135 shifts annually as a full-time Nocturnist for Hospital Medicine at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, managing an average daily census of 45 that includes a 10-bed ICU with 24-hour Tele-ICU support. Maintain strong collegial relationships with emergency medicine, surgical, and medical specialty teams alongside nursing staff. Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine and a current or eligible Vermont Medical License are required.
