PHYSICIAN - Nocturnist Orthopedic Surgery - Duluth, MN

Cover orthopedic evening and night call from 4 PM to 7 AM at a Level 1 trauma center, managing approximately 180 shifts annually with flexible scheduling options including two weeks on/two weeks off. See orthopedic admissions and high-energy trauma patients at discretion of the general surgery trauma team while hip fractures are admitted by the hospitalist team. Anticipate a case volume of 0–2 cases per shift with no spine, office, clinic, hospital rounding, or code response responsibilities. Call can be taken from home and is supported by fellowship-trained surgeons and an APP group for 24/7 coverage.
