Job Summary
Provide Level IV neonatal hospitalist care at Ochsner Baptist Hospital's 67-bed NICU, coordinating with neonatologists and nurse practitioners for singleton and multiple births. Manage complex congenital heart disease cases through the facility's fetal echo section and utilize neonatal telemedicine services. Participate in continuous performance improvement initiatives and the Vermont Oxford Network while maintaining access to full-spectrum pediatric surgical subspecialty support. Work within a 24/7 transport team framework supported by ground, rotary, and fixed-wing aircraft.
