Job Summary
Perform the full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures, provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-up care, interpret advanced imaging (MRI, CT, angiography), collaborate with neurologists and trauma teams, participate in trauma and spine call on a 7-on/7-off schedule, and contribute to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows within a Level II trauma center environment. Required Qualifications
- Board certified in neurosurgery or must achieve board certification within timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
