Physician, Neuropalliative (Berkeley/Castro Valley, CA)

Conduct general neurology practice in an ambulatory clinic setting while developing a neuro-palliative specialty. Manage telephonic group calls shared with eight neurologists and provide one day of virtual or home visits. Rotate between two to three clinic days in the Berkeley specialty hub and one day in Castro Valley. Deliver neurology hospital consultations at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center on an optional basis. Work with 1:1 medical assistant support and utilize RN and LCSW staff for specific services. Maintain board certification in neurology, an active California medical license, and a DEA registration.
