Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluation and treatment of common and rare neuromuscular disorders, including Myasthenia Gravis, CIDP, ALS, and muscular dystrophies, within a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population while integrating physical, occupational, and speech therapies in the ALS clinic. Lead clinical and translational research initiatives through collaboration with rheumatology, cardiology, and genetics, utilizing the department's robust Clinical Research Unit for industry- and investigator-initiated studies. Engage in teaching and scholarly productivity within a thriving academic program recognized for excellence in patient care, education, and research.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree (or equivalent)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine or EMG Clinical Neurophysiology
- Eligible for an Arizona medical license
- Academic interest in teaching and/or clinical research
