Job Summary
Physician-Neurology fellowship opportunity at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix providing a one-year, non-ACGME training program in headache medicine. Responsibilities include hands-on procedural training (chemodenervation, cranial nerve blocks, shunt adjustments), collaboration across subspecialties for multidisciplinary headache care, and rotations through subspecialties such as Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Psychiatry & Psychology, Physical Therapy, and more. Qualified candidates hold MD or DO and have completed or are completing a U.S.-based residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Neurology.
