Job Summary
Conduct advanced training in headache medicine through a one-year non-ACGME accredited fellowship at Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix. Deliver high-quality care in a high-volume, multidisciplinary clinic while performing hands-on procedural training including chemodenervation, cranial nerve blocks, and shunt adjustments. Complete rotations across multiple subspecialties such as interventional radiology, neuroradiology, sleep medicine, and psychiatry to refine collaborative management skills. Requires an MD or DO with a U.S.-based residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Neurology. Submit CV for immediate consideration.
