Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive headache care in a high-volume, multidisciplinary clinic, delivering specialized expertise in diagnosing and managing disorders including migraine. Perform hands-on procedural training involving chemodenervation, cranial nerve blocks, and shunt adjustments. Collaborate with multiple subspecialties to develop a multidisciplinary approach, including rotations with Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dental & Oromaxillofacial Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, Orofacial Pain, Pediatric Neurology, Physical Therapy, Psychiatry & Psychology, and Sleep Medicine. This one-year, non-ACGME accredited fellowship is designed for MDs or DOs with a residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Neurology at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion (or pending completion) of a U.S.-based residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Neurology
