Job Summary
Conduct advanced training in headache medicine through a one-year, non-ACGME accredited fellowship at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. Deliver high-quality care in a high-volume, multidisciplinary clinic while performing hands-on procedural training in chemodenervation, cranial nerve blocks, and shunt adjustments. Complete rotations across multiple subspecialties including Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dental Surgery, Interventional Radiology, and Neuroradiology to refine collaborative headache management skills. Requires an MD or DO with a U.S.-based residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Neurology.
