Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, Lewy body dementia, and related neurodegenerative conditions in a primarily outpatient-focused practice. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model including neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, neuropsychology, and care navigation. Participate in clinical research, clinical trials, and innovative care models through the Banner Alzheimer's Institute while engaging in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows. Join a nationally recognized program focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal care of patients with dementia.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship training or clinical experience in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology, Geriatric Neurology, or related field preferred
- Interest in outpatient memory disorders and longitudinal patient care
- Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration
