Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care for patients with movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease, dystonia, and Huntington's disease, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques and deep brain stimulation therapies. Mentor residents and medical students within a 24-trainee residency program while participating in clinical or translational research at the Department of Neurology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neuropsychology and therapy services to optimize patient outcomes, supported by a robust clinical research unit for industry- and investigator-initiated studies. Join a faculty appointment with full status at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree (or equivalent)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
- fellowship training in Movement Disorders
- Eligibility for an Arizona medical license
