Required fellowship in Neuroimmunology/MS, board certification or eligibility (to achieve certification within 2 years), Michigan licensure, and DEA/BLS credentials. Required Qualifications
- Fellowship trained in Neuroimmunology/MS
- Physician must be board certified or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
