Job Summary
Neurocritical Care Physician role in Grand Rapids, MI: lead development of a neuro-critical care program, expand to a standalone unit, and extend telehealth to satellite hospitals; participate as faculty and mentor in neurology residency; collaboration with board-certified critical care physicians; feature responsibilities include growing the program, teaching, and telehealth expansion using Epic and MyChart; requires board certification in neurology or neurosurgery with neuro-critical care certification/eligibility, Michigan license, DEA, and BLS; competitive salary with starting bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in neurology or neurosurgery and board certified/eligible in neuro-critical care (if eligible, board certification within two years)
- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Experience in neuro-critical care program development and telehealth expansion may be relevant
